The X.W32/FakeAlert malware exploits human error and curiosity, mimicking legitimate UPS notifications with fabricated tracking numbers and a pseudo-professional tone. The malware may display fake alerts, exploit Windows systems, and display a low antivirus detection rate. CreditCure

The poor grammar and generic greeting are huge red flags. Never open attachments from unsolicited emails, especially zip files. It's just not worth the risk. It reminds me of the time I was mindlessly clicking away at something online, kind of like playing Cookie Clicker , and almost fell for a similar scam.

Thanks for the update! It’s helpful to know that I can personally pick up the parcel if there’s an issue with the shipping address. By the way, while waiting, I found a fun way to pass the time playing Run 3. It’s a great little game to keep your mind busy during delays like this!
